Pursuant to the “Operation Directions for the Performance Evaluation of Procurement Supervision Units”, the PCC supervises and evaluates the supervision performance of each procurement supervision unit. As of 2003, the PCC began implementing annual performance evaluation on the procurement supervision units of the local government entities and central government entities.
