To facilitate the smooth implementation of public construction and shorten the gap in professional knowledge between construction personnel and judicial personnel so as to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings during the stages of investigation or judgment, as well as to build up a platform for communication between construction and judicial personnel, the PCC established the Construction Technology Assessment Committee to help judicial investigative agencies discover the true situation and resolve construction disputes by providing independent, just, and objective professional assessment or consultation opinions.
