Professional Engineers Disciplinary Retrial Committee is charged with the following responsibilities
- To review the retrial appeal against the ruling of the Professional Engineers Disciplinary Committee.
Members of the Committee: 19 members as followed
- The chairman, who should be a government personnel in charge of the related affairs and designated by the central competent authority of the professional engineers;
- Five representatives from professional engineer association;
- Seven representatives of academic expertise or impartial representatives in the society;
- Six representatives from competent authority or relevant administration entities.
