- Formulating and implementing public construction policies.
- Planning and coordinating for overall execution of public construction projects in various stages.
- Collecting information and conducting studies and analysis to resolve common issues on public construction.
- Formulating policies to support the development of construction-related industries.
- Establishing and supervising the public construction procurement system.
